New to Pilates or need a refresher? The Beginner Full-Body Mat Pilates class is for you. Designed for the first timers and those looking for more modifications, this class moves at a slower pace. We’ll focus on Classical Pilates Mat 1 exercises and prioritize an understanding of correct form.
Learn how to integrate the use of traditional Pilates props to feel and activate your deep core muscles, and how breathing helps us facilitate movement. Leave with improved body awareness about pelvic mobility and stability and how to lengthen and strengthen your entire body in this low-impact but highly effective workout.
Props include: Pilates circle, ball, light weights, ankle weights, foam roller, resistance and booty bands! -
For mixed levels. Our standard Full-Body Mat Pilates class blends classical and modernized Mat Pilates exercises made to elongate, strengthen, and sculpt the entire body.
With the use of props, burn your core, tone your arms, build your booty, and develop long, lean legs in this high-intensity, fast-paced, and calorie torching 45-minute workout.
Props include: Pilates circle, ball, light weights, ankle weights, foam roller, resistance and booty bands!

Focus: Upper Body. 30 minutes of targeted arm work designed to sculpt and tone your upper body. Expect to leave feeling strong and energized.

Relax & unwind. In this 60-minute restorative class, we’ll flow and flush out your muscles from physical and emotional tension. Whether you’re sore from the week’s workouts, dealing with stubborn knots, or simply need to destress, this class is designed to condition the body and target specific muscle groups. We utilize myofascial release techniques with props such as the foam roller, tennis ball, and golf ball to promote a more flexible you. Leave class feeling relaxed and empowered with your new-found body awareness.

A Duo Private Mat Pilates session is tailored for two participants and the instructor. A single session combines Classical and Modern Mat Pilates exercises, utilizing body resistance, gravity, and various props for a complete full-body workout.
In this 50-minute session, you and your partner will collaborate with your instructor to create a customized routine focusing on your goals and needs. One session will include dynamic movements aimed at stretching, strengthening, and lengthening your bodies on the mat. Each exercise is joint-friendly and targets muscles to tone and transform your body.
